Oracle Product Categories and Version Specifications

Oracle End-End Understanding:

I am going to discuss few important things, I have analyzed  about Oracle.

Use Case Scenario :  Oracle WebLogic Server 11g R1

1. How to download oracle products based on category  from OTN  or e-delivery ?
Find Category to which, the product belongs to, from Oracle Global Licensing and price list pdfs in the Oracle WebSite.

a.Oracle Technology-price-list
Category: fusion-applications-price-list

b.Let's go to https://edelivery.oracle.com/ :
Select Category and platform and search for your product:
Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.4) Generic and Coherence  :  MD5    A0D60B69F06E20053E1886E6256824DE    
Note: Verify the integrity of the downloaded  file using  md5sum command  in Linux:
Sample output: ( Alpha numeric number is the md5sum number. Download file's md5sum should be same as md5sum number from edelivery.oracle.com ).

c.If b fails, Go to OTN:
Download the latest, last and last to last versions if necessary.

2.Get the latest and last version downloads excluding Developer Edition.
Look at Additional Information at the end of the page for related products:
-Oracle WebLogic Server Web Server Plugins 1.1         All versions
-For information on WebLogic Server 10gR3 (10.3.0) and 11gR1 (10.3.x) Web Server Plug-In support, refer to My Oracle Support Doc ID 1111903.1 on https://support.oracle.com
3.Now, we need clarification on 10.3.x.how to do that?
a.Google for certification matrix for any oracle product:
